“Beautiful property! Super clean! Wonderful pool area! TV/internet connection was very spotty No microwave to reheat leftovers Scalding hot water in the shower of our connecting room/family suite that was reported at the beginning of our stay and nothing done to remedy the problem. Needs more hooks in bathroom or outside rooms for wet towels/bathing suits.”

“We booked two rooms; one was good. The other had a broken AC and smelled damp. The staff took the problem seriously and tried to resolve it. When that didn’t work, we were given a new room that was good in every way. The staff were consistently excellent! The pool is minimal, absolutely not what I expected. As a result, none of us or our three children wanted to swim. The breakfast was poor—neither tasty nor offering a good selection. It was okay, but not worthy of the Hyatt name.”
