“The WiFi stopped working the second night and they did nothing to fix it, they blamed it on the weather despite they themselves had WiFi connection in the lobby. I had som important errands to do online and I couldn’t. So unprofessional!”

“Big room, the condition of the hotel was quite low. Problems with the bathroom, needed to tell the staf 3 times.”

“Nice small hotel, close to beach and airport. Good pool area and ”lounge” area. Helpful staff in the reception. Our room was large. No balcony in the room, but only a few steps to the lounge area. Free coffee at all times.”

“Hotell med bra läge. Rent och fräscht överallt. Personalen mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Enda nackdelen vid bokning på Expedia är tillägg för frukost. När man kommer till restaurangen för att äta,får man först då besked om att det bara gäller continental frukost. Vill man ha av det varma så kostar det extra.”

“We are ready for a repeat performance. I am a Hilton Honors Members and have stayed at many Hiltons, but the Caribe Hilton was like coming home. Of course, I wasn't wild about the check in, but the staff were the best. The best mofongo in PR at Lola's Restaurant. The best service.The grounds were well kept and we always felt safe at any time of day. The location to Conando Beach was ideal and you will not believe this but you can walk to Old San Juan in 30 minutes. We had a great experience...
