“Thanks to a series if flight cancelations, we wound up having to stay here 4 nights, so we feel we're able to portray fairly accurate feedback. Keep in mind that this hotel is part of the airport. There are no beautiful Puerto Rican vistas. We stayed in an Executive room on the top floor at the end of the hall, so it was wonderfully quiet (except when planes are taking off, but hey, it's next to the runway). “Nice property with clean rooms and friendly staff. Had an issue with new restaurant that was recently added but maitre’d was very helpful and addressed our issue. Also liked that there were quite a few dining options within walking distance of the resort. Also, the beach and pool areas were great. Overall, I’d recommend this place ”

“Okay room size, quite comfortable bed, good shower, but man was that aircon noisy! It sounded like a jet plane was taking off, some sort of motor generator inside the wall in the room itself was powering the fan and that, unfortunately, brings down my overall rating of this hotel. The breakfast was mostly tasteless with the exception of the pineapple which was good, otherwise everything else available tasted of....nothing at all. Not overly impressed with this place, plus they add on 35 dollars...

“Conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions. Hotel offers free shuttle service to beach and old San Juan. Free daily Breakfast is a big money saver when traveling with large family. Most uber rides are less than $5 each way. Will definelty return. ”
