“The Finca needs a restoration and a clean up. We expected much more as it was quite expensive. We had to buy kitchenglasses and cups ourselves. The sunbeds were broken, so we only had 7, after 4 days we got 5 more, but they were still dirty. The armchairs in the livingroom are also very dirty. The aircondition in one of the rooms didn’t work, water was running down the wall from the machine. Can’t recommend this finca as it is now, not to that price. ”

“Hét perfecte huis! We verbleven met 7 personen, waarvan 2 peuters. Het huis was enorm groot en ontzettend compleet.De ligging van de woning is fijn: in een dorpje op loopafstand van een bakkertje. Een half uurtje rijden naar de leuke stranden van Alcudia, Port Pollenca en Palma. De woning is goed onderhouden, je ziet dat er veel liefde in gestoken is. Alles is brandschoon. “Lovey villa but the pool is smaller that it looks on the photos but still a good size. Air-conditioned. Bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend for a quite break. Loved the chickens and roosters that came to visit. There are some lovely restaurants nearly. Bring mosquito repellant with you.”

“Wir haben uns trotz kühlem und wechselhaftem Wetter (Anfang April, wir waren die ersten Gäste dieses Jahr) in dem schönen, rustikalen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt - nicht zuletzt wegen der gut beheizbaren Holzöfen und der Radiatoren im ersten Stock (inclusive). Eine schöne Überraschung war der großzügige, sonnige Garten nach vorne, er ist auf den Bildern gar nicht abgebildet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kommt alle paar Tage vorbei um nach dem Rechten zu schauen und die Hühner zu füttern...

“The house was beautiful and absolutely spotless. Easy to find, a great base and also perfect for chilling by the pool. Lots of shops and restaurants a short drive. Loved the resident cat and chickens that roam around. A car is essential for staying here. Loads of hot water for showers. “Very clean and well equipped villa in lovely peaceful location about 2 miles from Santa Maria del Carni. Villa used to be a farmhouse years ago and there are still fruit trees in the surrounding garden (fig, lime, orange, pomegranate, walnut, almond). Owners very friendly and ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard. Air conditioning is available to all the bedrooms on request but with an additional unit rate cost - we didn’t need it (September stay) but this will probably be needed...
