“Room is clean but missing basic essentials like toilet paper & bathroom mat (we had to get our own).
Staff was easily agitated over a matter not of our fault. Credit card system broken (we were not informed) and we didn’t have cash on us.
Nearest ATM was 10 mins drive away and nearest amenities was 5 mins drive away.
Hotels.com customer service offered poor suggestion to cancel room with penalty.”
