Loved my experience. Staff made us feel like family! Staff made us feel safe and extremely comfortable. Staff was extraordinary helpful. Buffet food was not good at all as well as house keeping. They did not clean well during out stay.

Great adult only hotel. We stayed in a Xhaled Club room where they assigned a butler, in this case Willy, who was very attentive and worry about our stay to give us the best service possible, he send us everyday hotel schedules for the activities, restaurants, etc.. The staff in the restaurants, bars, lobby, the house keeping, everyone involved in this hotel was amazing. The buffet restaurant and the A La Carta ones, has great food and variety, and the bars very good drinks. Hope to be there soon, enjoyed the stay.

The property was beautiful and so well kept across all of the many pools, the grounds, the restaurants, rooms, bars, and beach area. The staff was amazing, so attentive and so friendly. The room was very comfortable and modern. The food was delicious and plentiful. Highly recommend!

Miguel was very attentive to our needs. He was available upon request. He provided activities for us and activities for us to do throughout our trip. Eddy, Luis, and Fray were excellent hosts at the Spoon restaurant. They were very friendly, attentive to our request during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Karmen our housekeeper was ver nice and she provided room essentials during our stay. She made sure our room was clean. We will definitely be returning!!!

Friendly staff, very courteous and attentive to our needs. The room was always clean. The hotel is beautiful and has nice and acccessible amenities. Our host Miguel was very attentive to our needs and wanted to ensure we had a wonderful stay. When we were on the beach or the pool we also had a wonderful waitress Vianny that always made sure we were taken care. There were a variety of options for dining and the drinks were great! I would recommend staying with Breathless and we will likely book at their resorts in the future.

This review is for the check in experience and it was very smooth and we felt very welcomed. Staff was ready to help. We had a concierge assigned to us named Janna which she was very helpful during the whole stay and gave us the do and dont’s of the property as well show us the facilities and was just one text away from any inquire that might arise from our end. 5 stars for Janna.
