Located in the Cocotal Golf & Village complex, a 27-hole golf course designed by Pepe Gancedo, within a radius of 2 km from the best beaches in the area, 24-hour security.



Tranquility, security and available services make our apartment the ideal place to enjoy a well-deserved vacation with family and/or friends. The main bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom with a large closet. Second Bedroom consists of 1 full bed, air conditioning, large closet, secondary bathroom in the main hallway, a mezzanine with a sofa bed. In the main room or living room we have high-speed Wi-Fi, SmartTV and air conditioning, sofa bed.

Balcony with comfortable furniture and a BBQ (gas not included, let us know if you use it to manage the filling), The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, blender, toaster and everything you need to cook what you want.

General of the apartment: Hot water, bath and beach towels, sheets, iron, hair dryer, closets in each room. 24/7 security, optionally we have cleaning staff.



Guests have all the privacy in the entire apartment and can access all the common areas of the complex, swimming pool, gardens, etc. (The golf course is exclusively for players from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm (06:00 to 18:00). The pool is open every day from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (08:00 00 to 20:00)



I am in the area and available for any questions from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (08:00 to 21:00), after those times I only receive emergency calls or messages.

Our residential complex is very accessible by public transport, taxi and/or car, we are located in the area of the Meliá and Paradisus Palma Real Hotels, in front of the Palma Real Shopping square, Karmandu Adventure Park.

We supply a pick-up system to and from the airport for an extra cost. To move to many places and services you can walk, taxi services or the famous motorcycle taxi (cheaper).

We can recommend local taxi companies and also home delivery services for groceries, pharmacy and other services.



- ENERGY CONSUMPTION IS NOT INCLUDED in the rent. The cost of this service will depend on the use of each client during their stay. As a welcome, we give them an average of 24kw for free. The Energy system is prepaid, the average cost is 20 Dominican Pesos per KW, we can help you with the recharges to make it more comfortable for you, you can pay in cash, local bank transfer and Airbnb (consider that we must add US$7.00 transaction bank to the initial amount when paying through Airbnb).

-Before your arrival we recommend stopping by a supermarket, in the accommodation you will find drinking water, coffee, sugar, laundry detergent (one wash, the rest is on your own), dishes, conditioner, shampoo and body soap. Each customer is responsible for its replacement.



- Golf cart rental upon request, the price and availability will depend on the dates and number of days.



- The original capacity of the property is 6 people, but we allow a fifth for an additional cost of US$25 per day.



- We charge a security deposit of US$250 to cover possible damage to the property, it must be paid in cash upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure after verifying that there is no damage to the property.
