Requesting amenities prior were not acknowledged. However recovery through our concierge was great, they gave us complimentary massages to make up for it.
Raphael was the highlight of the staff for us, the spa was great, and housekeeping was amazing. My only issue was the food and beverage. Coming from that industry, I guess my expectations were kind of high, but they could definitely improve on the quality of food and friendliness of some of the staff. Currently we are experiencing issues with the photos we paid for from our only excursion. (Still havent recieved them.)
DO NOT BE LATE TO YOUR RESERVATIONS AT ANY OF THE SHOW RESTAURANTS. we accidently went to the wrong restaurant at first; were about 15 minutes late because of that, and our seats were given away and we had to wait another 90 minutes before we could sit down.
Be careful of taking the "tour" of the property because they will mislead you into believing it is just a tour and its actually a huge sales pitch on a 15- 40 vacation package. It was a little uncomfortable throughout the entire process, we had to tell the salesman(tour guide) no along with his supervisor and manager. If thats something you are interested in, great, otherwise it was a little misleading.
requesting things over the phone from the room were either ignored or we received a response a day later.
Besides that, the property was beautiful, the drinks were flowing and we always had a nice selection of options for food.
