THE SPACE

Welcome to this cozy and modern 4-bedroom villa in a small, quiet residential area in Punta Cana. It has all the services you need for a fantastic family vacation or a stay with a group of friends.

As you enter this two-story villa, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area featuring a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a high-top bar with stools, and a well-equipped kitchen.

Cooking in the kitchen will be an absolute pleasure for you, as you'll find everything you need, including a gas stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, food processor, and all necessary cooking basics. Or you can take a break from cooking and order the extra service of a personal chef who will take care of everything for you.

You can step out onto the patio with a BBQ area from the living room, where you can spend a wonderful and fun time with your friends or family.

You will also find one of the master bedrooms on the first floor. It features a comfortable king-size bed, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet at your disposal.

On the first floor, you will also find a guest toilet and a laundry room. An ironing board with an iron is also at guests' disposal. The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning for your comfortable stay.

As you ascend to the second floor, you will notice a small seating area, as well as a desk and chair, allowing you to both relax and work if necessary. And there is also access to a balcony with an area where you can sit and enjoy the views of the residence.

On the second floor, you will find the second master bedroom with a king-size bed, a wardrobe, and a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet. From this bedroo,m you can step out onto the balcony, which overlooks the pool.

Here you will also find two other bedrooms, one of which has 2 queen-size beds, and the other has 2 full-size beds. You will find closets for your clothes and a TV in each of them so that you can relax here comfortably. Between these bedrooms, there is a shared bathroom that also includes a shower, bidet, and toilet.

On the property, you will also find your private small pool-jacuzzi, making your stay at the villa even more enjoyable. And you will have access to 2 community shared pools. Be sure, you won't get bored here!

Outside, you will also find two parking spaces at your disposal.

You will stay in a new, quiet, and very safe residential area, where everything you need for a comfortable vacation is nearby.

Your villa is located only 13 minutes' drive from the beach and 5 minutes' drive from supermarkets. There are also many bars and restaurants nearby to have a great time.

GETTING AROUND

There are many taxi services in the district. You can also ask us to order transportation or rent a car for you. We are happy to organize any activities for you on your request. Please note that all additional services are paid extra.

By car:

• 5 min drive to supermarkets and restaurants
• 6 min drive to Coco Bongo Show & Disco
• 13 min drive to the beach
• 19 min drive to Punta Cana Village
• 20 minutes from the Punta Cana international airport (PUJ).
