The stove was unusable, the kitchen cabinet under the sink had a broken door held with a screw. The door would not lock, the place was moldy. The bathroom had a thick mold on the walls of the shower and the sink. We requested maintenance for the lock, they came attempted to fix the lock and failed to do so. A lady came in and applied heavy chemicals in the bathroom and she was not able to remove the mold.

This is a honest review about our stay. Everything they offer or the pictures they show isn’t really what you see an is not worth you spending money on. For example: -Rotten/Rusted out microwave -Porch door would not lock or shut fully -Out of 3 acs, 1 did not work, 2 barely worked and in the high heat it’s horrible. -THEY CHARGE YOU FOR ELECTRICITY YOU USE. -On top of charging you for electricity the door would not shut or lock, ac air was escaping from all over the place with large cracks in the door. (how is that justified?) -Can’t use the faucet water for brushing, an had no purified water for us or portable water for us, we had to buy our own water. -Toilet paper has to get thrown in the trash can not be used in the toilet. -Bathrooms smell horrible at all times. -Construction all around and wakes you up early. - staff is rude and gives you attitude when you complain, stating nothing else they can do. -no privacy in the bathroom the window over looks the shower with no curtain or cover. -bathroom was rusted out an moldy everywhere. - area is not safe or secure they let anyone in even with security. We will never come back , the online pictures an reviews is not really what is there. What they advertise is false.

The bed sheets were dirty. I was woken up at 8am due to strong noise caused by construction work on the upper floor. I had a 5 hour flight and wanted to get sone sleep, it was impossible.

NO VAYÁIS AQUÍ!!!!
Nuestra estancia fue tan mala que reservamos dos noches y a la primera mañana nos fuimos. el aire soltaba aire y se llenó la habitación de agua. Por otro lado, el agua se cortó y no podíamos ducharnos ni usar el baño. Además la habitación tenía muchísima humedad y polvo por lo que era difícil respirar bien. Por último, no tienen ningún tipo de señal de que ese es el alojamiento y estuvimos dando vueltas hasta que alguien quiso salir a buscarnos. Un desastre, no se parece a las fotos y no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Please do not stay here!! It looks nothing like how they project it. I reserved the deluxe penthouse and I they tried to persuade me that the unit I was looking at was the same. I pulled out my phone and showed pictures and everything was different. I believe they took photos of someone’s vacation home and passed it off as their unit. Let’s start by talking about how dirty the property was. It was insects crawling in the bathroom. The pool was a murky green. The bathroom was just not useable. Our driver had problems finding the area then he said it was a remote bad area. It was so many sketchy people there. So we canceled our reservation and booked at the first resort we could find. It took an hour to get transportation and the manager kicked us off the property and wouldn’t let us wait for our ride. He said “the guest were concerned about us standing there.” It was 4 women with large suitcases, I can’t fathom how we were threat. The place is disgusting, just don’t stay there is you value your life.

The photos are very accurate and the description is very well done. Free of charge transportation from Puntacana airport was a nice surprise And its very convinient ! Cleaning and sanitation is very well done All the staff in masks and keep the distance I like everything

The condition of the Room was horrible I’m very disappointed and inaceptable do to my check in was at 2pm the room wasn’t ready and she make me wait to 3pm when I went to the room at 3pm the room wasn’t ready completely dirty. I took a video how terrible was. I requested to be transfer to another room they gave me a 2 room apartment when I paid for 3room I didn’t have no choice. But I don’t think this place should be open they not take control of sanitation do to coronavirus. I can say this place is nightmare.

I can highly recommend to stay at this resort. All the guys from the staff are very helpful, friendly and fun young guys. The suites are clean and we received new towels every day which we very much appreciated. The buildings are located few steps away from the beach. The beach has chairs and umbrellas and all is for free.

This apartment is modern and stylish, and fully equipped with all you need for a great stay. The views from the balconies are positively stunning, and the building is right across the street from the beach and only a few minutes from several great restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

The room had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. I loved how there were different areas to sit in, outside and in. The shower was fantastic. The pictures on the website accurately reflect what you will find upon arrival. The views are comforting to look out on. We had a great stay here, Los Corales is a nice area and there is a street full of restaurants and food shops within easy walking distance.

What an amazing spot! We got off the plane at the Punta Cana airport, picked up groceries and booze in Blue Mall, and drove the quick 15 minutes to the place. The views are just breathtaking. We spent a lot of time on the balcony during our stay, it was a great spot for coffee in the morning, beers at night, and everything in between. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. The fans and AC units cooled the house quickly in just a few minutes. Bedroom and bathroom were beautiful and comfortable and we appreciated the provisions of towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. In this house we didn’t miss the WiFi. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and everything the island had to offer for us. We are already talking about going back and staying in the same place. You won’t be disappointed!

This was our third stay in Punta Cana. Staff was extremely prompt with communication, and sent a lot of information on the area that was very useful. For our needs this location was perfect. Also, the ocean view was outstanding. Great value!!

Best experience ever! Exceeded our expectations. All the staff were so warm and welcoming, while also giving us plenty of privacy and space. The suite is gorgeous - even better than the pictures - and it's a great location if you love relaxing and swimming. Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was steps away from room, many cafes are also a short walk away which is where I found myself most mornings enjoying some sun and breakfast with a beautiful view! The view from the balcony was amazing, the tropical sounds brought me peace which is exactly what I needed for my solo trip to paradise. Thank you for your little piece of heaven, with a great price and location!

It was the perfect place to stay! It was very clean, getting into was super easy. We really felt at home while being there. There is an information booklet they provided that gives you a ton of information and will answer a lot of the questions you may have (Thank you). The Suite came stocked with everything we needed; kitchen, beach towels & chairs. The kitchen was full of dishes, cookware, utensils, and a wine bottle opener. we prepared and cooked our own meals. The bathroom was updated and stunning, he even provided some soaps and shampoos if you need any. The AC was pumping in the house. you really don't have to run it very long or set it very cold at all to be super comfy. The closest pool is almost below our room, we could see it from the balcony. The resort bar/grill is right next to pool and its nice area to make new friends. Bavaro Beach was by far our favorite beach. This place is a 5 star condo. We wished we could have stayed longer. It was the most fun but still relaxing vacation ever. The Island is beautiful, the people are all very nice and helpful. We never felt unsafe while out and about. If you are lucky this place will be available when you plan your trip to Punta Cana!! We hope to be able to come back again and stay here.

This is a great place to meet new people if you're travelling alone and plan to have a longer stay. We greatly enjoyed staying in this wonderful resort. The view is even better than in the pictures! It is directly on the beach and conveniently located to everything you could need — groceries, bakery, shops, bistros and more. We spent mornings and evenings on the lovely balcony, taking in the beautiful scenery. They sent us lots of good recommendations and were friendly and warm. We will definitely stay here again — no need to look at other places in Punta Cana.

What a magical spot! Me and fiancé couldn't enjoyed ourselves more! We had such an incredible time from start to finish and were seriously sad we couldn't stay longer. We celebrated our engagement here to get away from big city life and the hosts went out of their way to answer our messages and meet our needs. We love flowers and drinks and music and this place provided it ALL; every detail is well thought out. We are already planning our next trip back to have cocktails on the beach. Highly recommend!!

Great people, great place, great location. We felt right at home. The condo itself is very convenient for a party of 2, with comfortable beds. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, plates and cookware - you have everything you need for a quick breakfast or lunch. There is also a grill that we never used but might be handy if you fancy a dinner at home. There is a pool just outside of the condo and beautiful, beautiful flowers wherever you look. The house is very nature conscious and environmentally friendly - that is an additional advantage. You increased your carbon footprint just by flying here, this place will make you feel like you are not adding much more on the top of that. And I haven’t even mentioned the beaches yet. Just 2 places that happened to be the closest beaches - Los Corales Beach and Macao Beach. They break the system. No need to look further. We will definitely visit this hotel again - so we can show our kids all of the beautiful places in Punta Cana.

Highly recommend this place! Location was excellent (beach front and next to the grocery store, bars, and restaurants). A rental car will not be needed, and everything is very close! Manager responded very quickly to messages. Space was very clean with all we needed for our vacation.

This is a spacious place on a private estate few minutes from city center. It had a lovely garden and an outdoor covered seating area which we utilised often. On the estate was a large swimming pool with plenty of sun beds, and a shop, which while expensive, had everything we could have needed. There were plenty of things to see and do in the area. My only real criticism was that there was not dishwasher but cleaning ladies did the dishes so its ok. As we did the majority of our own cooking, having to do the washing up was not part of our holiday plan.
