I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it. The staff was consistently rude throughout my stay. I was actually yelled at multiple times, which is completely unacceptable, and several staff members rolled their eyes when I asked simple questions. It made the entire experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
Another ongoing issue was with basic service. Staff would take our towels and not replace them, and then seemed annoyed or upset when we asked for new ones. It was frustrating to have to repeatedly request something so basic.
The food was another major letdown. Many items listed on the menu were unavailable, and the options that were served were consistently cold and lacked any real flavor. Dining ended up being something I dreaded rather than enjoyed.
I also paid extra for the Diamond Club, and it was absolutely not worth the money. The supposed perks either didn’t exist or didn’t make any noticeable difference in service or quality.
Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing stay. I will not be returning.
