âThis is a millionaires holiday house turned into a hotel, and they have done it well. From the street it doesn't look much but once inside it's glorious. If a quiet time to relax is what you are after, this is it. The food from the restaurant was great and very Indonesian. The staff were suberb and very helpful. Only negative for me was no coffee machine but I've been told its on its way. I forgot to mention the ocean view, breathtaking. â

However, even though the hotel is only a couple of years old our room had already started to smell mold. The bathroom had ventilation, but it stopped when turning the lights of. The bathroom never dried up, it was always water on the floor which could be part of why the room smell like mold.

âWe had a wonderful three nights here. It's very quiet and peaceful, the scenery is breath taking and the food was really excellent. The best thing about it was the people who worked there though, who were so helpful throughout our time there. We only wished that we could have stayed longer. â

"We went here for our honeymoon. Just a fantastic place and service was above everything we ever experienced. The hotel has several of activities and we truly recommend this hotel."
"At first glance the place looked great and met our expectations. However after checking in and seeing our rooms and the different facilities we were a bit disappointed.
The reception staff we talked to initially was very nonchalant and we did not feel welcomed. The rooms are worn by age and it is obvious the place has seen better days. If you want a cozy, relaxing jungle visit I suggest a more modern resort. If you want more action I suggest booking something closer to Ubud as the daily shuttle service is always delayed by traffic."
