“Another wonderful stay , the hotel is so beautifully decorated clean and owners so friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning is amazing with a fantastic choice cooked to order. The lady serving this is a treasure and can’t do enough for you.
Will be back again to this amazing hotel by the sea .”

“Oak Tree Rooms was an excellent base for our New Forest weekend. I think the only drawback was the other people staying - they did like a loud conversation through a locked door, which was quite annoying! Other than that, the rooms were very comfortable indeed.”

“Very nice, me and 3 friends came to stay and the beds were comfy and it was a really nice room, there isn’t a bathroom or shower in the room so keep that in mind but it does say that in description. And my only point was there was a smoky smell outside the room but the room smelt fine, so in case your sensitive to smoky smells. But the room was well ventilated and the fan was a nice touch. The owner was lovely super kind and helpful!”

“Trevlig och hjälpsam ägare som var behjälplig med allt från att bära upp väskor, tipsa om utflyktsmål och restauranger till att fixa en mättande och god frukost.
Vi var 4 personer och hade 2 dubbelrum, vilka båda var smakfullt inredda och rena. Fräscha badrum med toalettartiklar. Det fanns strykjärn, strykbräda, hårtork, vattenkokare samt kaffe/te och små kakor. Vissa av oss upplevde att sängen var för hård.
