“very, unsatisfied. when we booked this place it was supposed to be and listed as a house. it was a small cramped top floor apartment(attic) pictures don’t look like anything as listed. the check in process was crazy. was told if we needed anything they would be there quickly, it took hours to get trash bags. random people walking around property that are sketchy doing random things. i talked to someone about that and they were defending them. when people had kids at the property below us. all in...
