“Our family had the best time at Don’s lake house. The grounds are amazing with lakefront access. The fire pit and gazebo were big hits. Don was super communicative and answered any questions we had. There was plenty of room for our whole family and we can’t to return. ”

“We had a great visit to Orange Lake. The home was just as described. Easy to communicate with and everything you could need for a relaxing weekend at the lake. We enjoy the kayaks, games in the deck, grilling and the bottle of wine. Close to activities and USMA! Would definitely come back!”

“Great stay to be so close to the lake. Provided plenty of lake accessories so you would need to pack minimal equipment. The pictures are a little deceiving as you are on top of a steep hill with Route 39 (which is busy) between the house and dock. We brought our dogs who are well behaved and stay pretty close. I would be concerned if my dog did not have good recall or young children. However, being situated on top of the hill provides a nice view! ”

“Kerry’s place was absolutely amazing. The property matches the photos exactly but the pictures don’t even do justice to the view this property has. You are right on the water, within 5-10 min from town and have all the best amenities. I would highly recommend staying here and definitely will look to stay here again in the future. “We booked the property because our family is growing too large for all of the children and grandchildren to spend the holidays together. The “holiday house” as our 4 year old coined it was the perfect place to spend Christmas and Hanukkah. Large yet cozy and very well appointed. All of our communication with proprietors was prompt and helpful, and they had the driveway salted and plowed within hours of the (very picturesque) snowfall the day before Christmas. I would happily book here again. ”

“Perfect, peaceful place for a stop before continuing our journey North. Each check in and check out, with everything needed in the home. The kids loved the foosball table and swing set. Thanks for a clean place to stay and a good night’s sleep.”

“1st class Lake FRONT w/ million dollar views; however, it will be difficult for the elderly to go up and down the steps from the house to the dock on the lake. Beautiful exterior masonry. Only complaint there should be instructions provided for guests on how to use all the different air conditioners and electronics. ”

“Delightful stay! Quiet and cozy property that was fully-stocked and super clean. Charmingly decorated for a beach cottage feel.Whole family loved the patio with direct access from the kitchen, which enabled coffee/meals (and work email!) on the picnic table. Kayaks and paddle boards were very much appreciated, as was the dock for swimming off of. Small touches like thick beach towels and Keurigs were thoughtful.Super fast and helpful communication with Lisa regarding the stay! Thank you for...
