“My husband and I came to this hotel after leaving another due to the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of another. It was a breath of fresh air. The elevator even smelled better. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Cute little Bluey stickers or the toilet paper and tissues (we don't even have kids and we thought it was cute). The shower was huge and really nice. Definitely wish we would've stayed here both of our nights in VA.”

“Staff was friendly, and the outside of the hotel was well-maintained. But the inside and the rooms are all very dated at this point. Everything looks like it's the original TV, furniture, fixtures, etc. The mattresses were very lumpy and lopsided. Was clean enough, but everything just feels old. Again, the staff was good, the breakfast was also just fine.”

“This hotel can only be described as a dump. Nobody at the desk at check in, staff who showed eventually very unfriendly...same at checkout. Room was a throwback which apparently hadn't seen any care in years. Carpet was heavily soileand torn in spot, bug in overhead light..fixtures chipped and rusted. Bed and linens clean at least . Windows were dirty. Lobby shabby. Relieve we were only there for one night.”

“The person who checked us in was very sullen and difficult to communicate with, as she barely spoke or acknowledged me. The vinyl flooring in the room felt unusual, but I suppose it's cleaner than carpet. The mattress was comfortable and the room felt clean. The bathroom was very good. The freezer shelf was broken , the toilet tank top was cracked and could cut any guest, bathrrpm caulk has suspect mold growth , shower diverter leaks on the cold side , the showerhead leaks, there is a big hole at the bottom of bathroom door, the chair had several stains and looks like something off of Sanford and Son.The comforter had so many hole in it, it looks like it was used for target practice , facebowl faucet was loose and the...

“This property is very outdated, sheets and towels were very old , good think we had our own towels to use. I would not recommend to stay here. More like 1 strar motel, but pricy for this type.”

“We liked everything about The Boulevard Inn. The location was excellent. We enjoyed being able to walk to Cary Town as well as several outstanding museums in the area. The Inn is located in the neighborhood of many beautiful older homes which we found to be very interesting as we explored this part of historic Richmond.
