âItâs a holiday inn so you know what youâre getting. The room wasnât so bad, nice bathrooms and not many options in that area for foreigners.
My issue is they were doing construction and it wasnât mentioned when I booked.
One of the days they shut off the power while I was in the building. The first day they were repaying and messed up my brand new shoes. My wife and I had cement on our stuff.

"Good Hotel in Center. Easy to reach by AirportExpress/Subway. Nice and friendly staff,mainly good English. Rooms are a little older but in good and clean condition. Our room on 13th floor had a nice view and the beds were comfortable with a more soft matrass. Breakfast Buffet was fresh and had plenty of choice.
They helped us with booking of a private driver to the Great Wall and cost was cheaper than on the main online sites. Also helped us registrate for Tiananmen, as it has to be done the day before. All in all, we were satisfied."
