“I love the rooms here, pretty and always clean. ”

“Average DT hotel good location in Davenport. AC did not work in our room. After understanding that it did not work we gpt a new room for our second night. Big central area of hotel makes it look deserted. The restaurant, only open for breakfast has bad ventilation => small pancakes in to your room. At the gym the peleton did not work and in our new room the safe did not work and we had to call maintanance who eventually fixed it.”

“Checkin was fast and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was clean and comfortable. Pillows were great. No lotion was provided.😞”

“we questioned the bed, not sure if was clean or not. hard wood floor sticky, when got into shower saw how dirty floor was seeing footprints in shower, rather discussing, making us more sure bed hadn't been changed. hotel run by foreigners, hard to understand when checking in, seemed unhappy we used Expedia. find somewhere else more welcoming, cleaner. ”

“Safety concern was that the room door was open when we arrived so i had my family stay by the elevator while i checked out the room. When i went inside it looks like someone had come in and jumped all over the bed it was messy. We slipped in the bathroom numerous times and the door did not latch right so we had to keep the door open most times. There is no really free amenities except for the pool and fitness but it was freezing cold couldnt stay more than 10 min. And then the people around us...

“I would stay here again! Basic breakfast ok, but don't pepper the eggs. ”

“Nice hotel with comfortable rooms lots of space and friendly staff at breakfst and bar. However when we arrived (at 9 PM) there was noone in the lobby. We called the hotel, we ringed the bell, noone for 20 minutes, even though they knew we would come. After 20 min some guy arrived, no excuse, and checked us in.”
