It is close enough to Asheville and other sites to get to in an hour, but in a quiet residential neighborhood so we could enjoy some peace and quiet. “We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is such that you feel remote but are only a few miles from the towns shopping and restaurants. There was a great view from the property. You can get the same view from inside and out. There was a nice screen porch to sit on and a big window in the living room sharing the same view. The place was very clean. the kitchen was well stocked should you desire to cook in. We would definatley stay here a gain should we return to the area.”

“I'd rate this 4 1/2 stars-- a great place to get away in the mountains and with beautiful views, but must keep in mind that you are getting a mountain cabin so without some of the luxuries. The good: a view to kill for, and with the sun and clouds turning it into constantly changing panorama; 15 minutes from hiking; very clean and comfortable; two very comfortable queen beds.
