“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! When we drove up and saw the relaxing front porch with seating, and the firepit close by, we knew it would be just like home! And the inside was cozy and comfortable. Plenty of room for teenagers and young children as well as adults. ( that master bedroom though! heaven!) The hospitality was great! snacks on the table, interesting books in case we were up for reading, even a pair of binoculars so that you can see the goats on the mountain out the front window!”

“We stayed 4 nights here and found this charmer clean, well stocked, and located close to downtown Waynesville. There were 2 of us and I think more than 4 would be a tight fit. The description of this VRBO is accurate and the communication with the owners via text is great. We were disappointed there was no grill at first but got too busy with all the wonderful things to do on the area to grill anyway. Very close to Main Street activities and central to outdoor adventures. Upon arrival, the hosts had fresh baked, delicious strawberry and blueberry muffins there for us! Great place to stay!”

“We visit the Smoky Mountain National Park often and this was our first time staying on the North Carolina side of the park. Our family really enjoyed the cabin as it was close to Bryson City for groceries and food but still felt secluded. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We were a little uncertain of our kids sleeping on the other side of the porch/breezeway but it worked fine and they enjoyed it. We were also close to Cherokee where we did plenty of shopping too. “This cabin was near what we wanted to do: visit Cherokee and hike in the mountains. It was also a great place to return to at the end of the day. The porch overlooking the river was spectacular. The cabin had a "woodsy" feel to it and was very quiet. The beds were comfortable. Clint was communicative as needed. We especially appreciate that he contacted us promptly when he discovered that we left a pair of glasses behind. He offered to send them to us and refused payment, event for postage.”
