“Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”

“The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the company from other guests and the host. Really nice. Williamsburg was a nice experience with so much history around would have stayed longer if schedule had allowed.”

“Okay hotel. Front desk staff was very nice and decent breakfast. Hotel seemed a little run down. They were in the midst of remodeling, so that wasn’t very pleasant to walk past. But hopefully after the updating it will help with the outdated feel of the place. Great location. ”

“It was a very cute room. Very historic. There were ants all over however. But the location was the best. If you are looking for a quiet retreat the Market Square Tavern rooms are not for you. The cannon goes off a lot and drum and fife play frequently. But you can walk everywhere from it.”

“Pros: Great front desk staff, especially Rich at the front. Quiet rooms. Lots of space. Cons: Long wait to be seated at breakfast and then had to leave because no one came to take our order for ten minutes. Limited food choices. Got food at the quick market one day. Food was lackluster but staff very nice. ”

“No hot breakfast some dry bagels with jelly and oatmeal packets. Heated pool was freezing and dirty. The shower was dirty.”

“Very clean. Breakfast was very good but some cut up fruit or berries would have been a nice addition. 24 hour available coffee was really delicious. Location was excellent if you’re going to Colonial Williamsburg! ”

“Breakfast is a lot of carbs(waffles, toast, bagel, cereal), so not a hot breakfast. They have wi-fi, but it is so throttled as to be useless. I had to use my phone hotspot. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was hot.”
