“the owner was very helpful, everything worked well, but address on Google maps is not showing the right house (the house is in the next block), we had to call the owner twice to navigate us. Just one incorrect info in the description of the appartment on Hotels.com - the mattresses are not comfortable (with lazy foam), but standard mattresses. The beds are a bit small for 2 adults, but we managed. Our 2 kids slept together without any problem.”

“Fantastiskt ställe. Rent, snyggt och praktiskt. Väldigt väl omhändertagna av Richard som sköter hotellet. Praktiskt med självhushåll, fint franskt bageri i närheten för frukost. Väldigt trevliga ägare som bor intill. Man känner sig riktigt välkommen. Ps, bästa stranden nära är inte Mont Choisy utan ”

“Très bon accueil des hôtes qui vivent au rez-de-chaussée.
Ils nous ont simplifié beaucoup de choses notamment le check-in et le check-out (nous avions un avion tôt le matin)
Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Nous recommandons vivement.

“We truly loved this cozy little place and enjoyed our stay here a lot. This place is completely new, and I loved the interior and design of the studio. It is located just across the street from Grand Baie beach and many other great places. The location has a very nice vibe and you are near to everything convenient. I highly recommend this lovely place. ”

“Wir haben knapp 3 Wochen in dem wundervollen Appartement verbracht und haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wunderschön, die ganze Anlage sehr ansprechend, der Pool wunderbar. Die Umgebung bietet fußläufig einen kleinen Supermarkt, mehrere Restaurants und auch eine Tankstelle.Von der Hauptstraße ist in der Anlage nichts zu hören. Ich kann die Ferienwohnung vollumfänglich nur empfehlen.”

“Everything we needed was in the apartment. Comfortable beds. Good WiFi and AC. Great balcony with nice view of the pool area. The area is self is green and tropical. We have had a great contact with Christine and Angelo and they have an amazing hospitality. Would highly recommend this rental apartment. Hope to come back one day.

“We had an amazing stay at this apartment on Tamarin Beach. The apartment was superbly and beautifully furnished, with every detail thoughtfully considered. It was extremely comfortable, with great air conditioning to escape the heat. Exclusive access to the quiet end of Tamarin beach and the properties pool were great for kids. Roman, the host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!”

“We loved our stay as we felt right at home. This is a beautiful condo house, new , design and comfortable with all the amenities. The kitchen is a full on kitchen so you can actually cook and stay home for lunch & dinner. A nice big pool that you can share with other home oweners and the house is on a nice beach! The grocery shop is only 5 min walk which is very convenient. There is a taxi stop 2 min walk from the house and the bus stop.

"Newly renovated so nice rooms. Unfortunately the service was very bad and weird setup. Was not allowed to put drinks on my room and asked to go to reception to pay for my drinks. The bar staff were embarrassed about the whole situation and apologized (they were good). To top the bad experience i started getting calls to my room i had to settle my bill from earlier at lunch. I had not even checked in by then since i arrived by 5pm. This did not occur to them at first and it took some time and explanations. This was my second time visit this year and i must say i will not be heading back. The service is simply awful and among the worst i have encountered in Mauritius which i visit many times a year. Will choose another hotel next time."

Ligger isolerat så man är beroende av att äta och dricka på anläggningen. Vi trodde att man kunde ta sig till någon stad eller by utan 15 minuters taxi. Man kunde ju haft gratis shuffle till bebygda platser."

"We had a lovely stay at Solana! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They organized a candlelight dinner at the gazebo by the beach for us which was a wonderful experience!
Clean room with an amazing view. But as most hotels, the bed was a bit too hard for our taste.
Food at the buffet is varied and tasty. But if you want better seafood you have to book for a la carte and pay a little extra, even with the all inclusive package.
Perfect place if you just want some peace and quiet to relax. But if you want to explore the island and have excursions I would rather recommend a hotel on the west coast.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! "
