“Very clean room and property. Very friendly, accommodating and patient host. Clean pool and pool area. Well maintained property. I stayed solo and felt safe. I will make this my "spot" to stay when I visit my uncles in Mesa. I want to thank Vince and his partner for providing such a great property and at a fair rate. ”

“The kitchen is nice but that’s it. The beds are rock hard even the futons are hard and hurt your back the washing machine jumps around like unbelievably crazy couldn’t do laundry there the sink clogged up due to orange peels and other stuff left in there from previous people. Bedding is cheap and rough shelves wobble like crazy the GFI plug in the bathroom shorts out constantly. Just annoying and very unhappy with the stay.”

“The property was sufficient for our purpose while visiting our son at ASU. Overall, relatively clean, well-stocked and quiet. Decorated cute and bed was comfortable. The exterior grounds could use a little TLC. Wall unit air conditioner dripped on us in bed throughout the night so the bed and pillows were very wet in the morning. ”

“Didn't know it had a concrete floor.Found a sexual harness device behind the couch pillow. The outside chairs needed cleaned. Kitchen and laundry were great. King bed was terrible. ”

“The stay was great. If you are looking to travel to tempe and want the comfort and access to things you would have at home like laundry and a kitchen this is a great choice. The place was clean and check in and out process was easy. The only issue is the parking, but honestly is seems like parking in Tempe in general is very confusing. Most of the street parking near the studio was 2 hour parking, there was a parking structure right across the street from the studio that says no overnight...

“Overall the apartment was as the pictures showed.The good- the area felt safe, the gym was nice, the pool area was clean. Instructions for check in and check out were great. The bad- The back patio door was unlocked and open when we arrived and it was very hard to get shut and locked. The bathroom exhaust fans were very dirty and barely working. There were holes in the drywall by the front door. The front door lock was only held in place by 1 screw and it was not even secure. The kitchen...

“Everything was great. It was the perfect place to stay to get our daughter moved into her apartment for ASU. Only suggestion would be an assigned parking place. We never once got one of our 5 possible parking spaces and always had to park far away. ”

“Property is as advertised and more. Conveniently located in Tempe to shopping, dining and entertainment. Excellent facility amenities including pool, well equipped fitness center and outdoor grills and dining areas. This will be my “go-to” when visiting my family in the area.”

“Great place to stay in downtown Mesa. With in walking distance to downtown and the convention center. Close to airport, 29 minutes or less depending on in traffic”
