The staff is very helpful, I got sick and needed medicine and the receptionist helped me out. I stayed in two different rooms during my stay and the only thing I wish was better was the lighting in the bathroom in my room on the ground floor. Now it wasnt bright enough to be able to put on make up properly. But other than that I had a great stay! â

The system did not work very well however and we got stuck in the garage at two occasions.
Another thing was the breakfast. We paid extra to have breakfast included and the breakfast was served in the restaurant/coffee shop on the ground floor, which was open to outside guests. We ordered our breakfast and afterwards received a phone call from the reception telling us we had ordered too much for breakfast and they wanted us to pay extra. Apparently they had a limit of 600 Rand for breakfast but had not told us about it. The bill however stated that 10 % of that was service charge so you had even less to order for without paying extra. And the restaurant itself was not a cheap restaurant so do not expect to be able to get completely full if you do not want to pay extra.
The stay was acceptable but we will choose another hotel next time we go to Cape town."
