“Great property for large families or groups. We were a group of ten in town for a wedding. Conveniently located in Bolton Landing. Comfortable living spaces inside and a nice sun porch overlooking the street. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Maria was very communicative and responsive. Upstairs bathrooms were a little tight but fully functional and understandable given the age and historic nature of the house. 10+”

“Three Bears Lodge was just perfect for a girlfriend getaway for two nights. The place was very clean and tidy, the kitchen was stocked well enough to prepare meals, the hot tub was super relaxing and the owner made himself available for any questions or issues. It is only a 5 minute drive to downtown Saratoga without the hustle and bustle. We very much enjoyed our stay and would go again if the opportunity presented itself.
