“We are so lucky to find Gathering Shore. It is such a lovely home full of characters. Love and care of the host are seen through the house from all the details. The house is super clean with comfortable beds and linens. General sized bedrooms with good sound blocking design. North/south facing makes this place cool in summer time, perfect for hot weathers. “Our poodle was welcome. Timber floors throughout were good. Location was great for our needs. Shops close by, close to Barwon Heads. Able to visit Portarlington, Drysdale, indented Head , St Leonard’s & Queendcliiff.The apartment was a nice design, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Stairs a bit challenging if you’re older with knee issues . A good size and good sized kitchen, large main bedroom. ”

There were 3 adults staying here so we were after a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property and this was a good size for the 3 of us with the combined living/dining area, large open plan kitchen / laundry, and with 2 absolutely beautiful courtyards. King size beds were very comfy. “The property was amazing. I actually booked for family members. They were happy with their stay to the extent that they overstayed- sadly they did not check out in time which affected the cleaners’ time .. ”

“This place was perfect for our family! Enough space for all of us and felt like home. It felt new and modern and very clean inside. The only thing I would mention however we didn’t need to use was the outdoor space. If we were to use it it would have been nice to see that area cleaned too as it would have been quite dirty to walk on bare foot (kitchen upstairs leads out to alfresco dining). However would definitely consider booking again when in Torquay next ”
