Welcome to our beautiful home, which is perfectly located for the most amazing and magical views of Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu. Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.

Perfectly located only 450 metres (5 min walk, up a steep hill!)



The Space

A three-bedroom home set over multiple levels, on Queenstown Hill, close to the town centre. The living areas look out to views over downtown Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, including a master with an ensuite.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with standing showers and one half bathroom in the main floor.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV and balcony access.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven, glass electric cooktop, belling dishwasher, smart microwave, kettle.

Balcony: There is one small balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for a morning coffee.

Parking: No campervans or motorhomes permitted on-site. We have a dedicated free car parking space for one car (not under cover) with additional visitor car parking available on site, on a first come, first served basis. Visitor parking is shared all complex tenants.

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.



The Neighbourhood

Downtown Queenstown is only a short 5-min walk from the apartment.

The house is at the base of the Queenstown Hill walking track where you can hike up for mind-blowing 360 degree views of the gorgeous Otago scenery.

The complex is situated at the top of a steep but short hill.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: 24 internal stairs from entry to living level; 14 internal stairs from living level to upper level

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (160 Liters) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Need something in person? Swing by our Guest Lounge at 19B Shotover St, open daily 9am–5pm (closed Christmas Day). Free Wi-Fi and coffee or tea are on us.
