  • Däck 146 är en väldigt stor öppen planlösning, fyra nivåer hem bara en tio minuters promenad till centrala Queenstown på nivå mark genom de vackra Queenstown Gardens.

    Den övre våningen Queen sovrummet har en panoramautsikt över Remarkables bergskedjan från privata däck. En kaklat badrum med golvvärme och klädkammare gör det till en fristad från det upptagna hushållet nedan.

    Ett andra kung rum på vardagsrummet innehåller också ett stort kaklat badrum med golvvärme, inklädningsrum och omklädningsrum.

    Den nedre våningen innehåller tre Twin Single sovrum (två uppsättningar av vilka kan gå med för att göra kung sängar). Två av dessa rum öppnas utomhus för att dela en balkong. Familjen / gästtoalett på denna nivå har ett badkar och dusch med separat toalett.

    Mid-level består av studieområdet, modernt, fullt utrustat kök och besökare tvättrum. Två lounger erbjuder Sky TV i ett rum och en separat TV med litet DVD-bibliotek. Matbord sitter upp till 10 gäster. Ljudsystem inkluderar iPod / MP3-spelare och separat CD-spelare. Fast telefon för gratis lokalsamtal, bra mobiltelefon täckning och gratis WiFi internet.

    För vintervärme har golvvärme golvvärme. Gas-elden, nattvärmaren, värmepumpen och elektriska filtar tar hand om resten.

The location is superb.

The location is superb.The view from the property over the lake and the mountains is magnificent. It is a 15 minute walk into town along the lakeside which enabled us to leave our hire cars behind numerous times. The property itself was spacious and well resourced. We spent Christmas there and there were even some Christmas decorations.

Wonderful family experience in Queenstown

Our accomodation was so perfect for extended family holiday. So much room for everyone to have their own space. We all felt so comfortable and at home in the amazing large lounge with fire place and spectacular views. Would highly recommend for size, comfort, views, great location with beautiful walk to town. Everything we needed was available and more. Communication with host exception ffrom first booking the property.

The house was amazing!! Our family appreciated the space to spread out after a week of traveling in close quarters. Also location can’t be beat! Beautiful walk to downtown. Deb was very responsive and helpful- we only had one question and she helped us immediately. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay at Deck 146. The house was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It had all the basics that we needed to get us started meaning we only needed to buy food which isn’t always the case in houses we have stayed at. The house is very close to the main shopping area. To get there it is a lovely work along the water. Debora who manages the house is very responsive and there was detailed welcome information provided before our stay and also in an information folder in the house. We would highly recommend staying at the house. Finally the view from the house was incredible!

An excellent stay

My friends and I stayed here recently and it was an unforgettable experience. The spacious layout of the house allowed all 8 of us to have our own space, yet still connect and hang out in the common areas. The fireplace was a cozy and welcome touch, especially while looking over the lake and mountains - such a magical view! A short and scenic walk to town made it a convenient and also quiet location. Thank you to the hosts for providing us with an awesome experience. Will stay again next time we are in Queenstown!

The Ultimate experience

Overwhelmed is an understatement. Normally companies provide imagery that overstates the positive of that particular property - Not here! This house is simply stunning and immaculately presented in every detail. The furnishing are professionally positioned, yet not ostentatious or goudy. It is large in both the bedrooms and living areas. And the views...WOW! For a large family or extended family, this house is perfect in every detail. Even the Deck 146 team dropped in on the afternoon of arrival, just to make sure we were comfortable - 6 star service indeed! This accommodation is one of the best in Queenstown! You would be hard done to find better.

Quality Lakeside Accommodation

This is a fabulous house that can easily accommodate 10, although we were only 8. Its right on the lakefront, 15 minutes walking to town, and 45 minutes to Frankton marina on the track if you want a longer walk. We appreciated the two car garage (no scraping ice off the car windows in the mornings) and off street parking. It was warm, spacious and had spectacular views. Great for hosting friends and family,

WInter Ski Trip

Our group of 9 stayed in Deck146 for our annual ski trip. We've stayed in many different places over the years and this is certainly up there as one of the best. The house is extremely spacious, has beautiful views and is a short 10min walk into the centre of town along the lake. I would highly recommend this for large groups, the orientation of the bedrooms, 2 living spaces and several bathrooms means that it never felt overcrowded. Check in was straight forward and Deborah showed us everything around the house that we might need.

Fabulous accommodation with amazing views, close to town. Would highly recommend it.

This property was right on the lake with amazing views. We could stroll in to town in around 15 minutes. The house itself was spacious, warm and inviting. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was immaculately clean. I would highly recommend this property as long as stairs weren't and issue, as there were a lot of them. We would love to stay there again

Fantastic House right on the Beach

We stayed for a fortnight at this very comfortable home. Unfortunately we didn’t have the best of weather so having a comfortable home was all the more important. We enjoyed walking down to the beach at all times of day or evening and in all weathers. Absolutely brilliant that it is so close for a 5 minute stroll or a couple of hours!

Perfect, magical, absolutely spot on. The location of Deck 146 could not be any better, right on the lake and easy 15 minute (flat) walk to the town centre. The property easily accommodated 7 people with plenty of room to spare. The deck was magnificent with outstanding views of the lake & mountain range. The house itself was not missing a thing, great entertainment facilities, clean BBQ, large kitchen and an Abundance of chill out zones. Cannot recommend this property highly enough

Perfect place to stay - warm and a lovely open home - there was 9 adults there and not once did we feel like we were falling over each other - everyone had their own space = great kitchen - we cooked meals at night as was quite happy to be in the house and admire the awesome views
