Guests enjoy a variety of breathtaking views of Mountain and Lake including Queenstown Hill and the Skyline Gondola.



The Space:

This home features a contemporary interior with designer furnishings throughout. High-quality linens, towels, and kitchenware complete your “home away from home” Queenstown experience.

The recessed sunken lounge is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. In the warmer months, enjoy the beautifully established gardens, complete with fruit trees, vegetable beds, and herb patches. The rear garden also connects directly to the Queenstown Hill Walking Track, ideal for nature lovers.



ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

The upstairs level is exceptionally spacious, offering four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a separate dining area, and both a sunken “conversation pit” and a main lounge.

The downstairs apartment is a modern, fully self-contained two-and-a-half-bedroom space that mirrors the designer style of the main home, plus a charming hidden children’s playroom tucked off one of the bedrooms.



White Diamond Luxury Home & Apartment is perfect for families travelling together or mature groups wanting extra space to relax, reminisce, and create new memories.

In winter, this warm and inviting home offers a gas fire, heat pump, underfloor heating, ceiling heating, and dedicated ski-drying rooms in both the upstairs and downstairs areas.

The lounge and balcony provide sweeping views of the mountains, lake, Queenstown Hill, and the Skyline Gondola. In summer, enjoy afternoon and evening sun on the balcony, or retreat to the private back garden, which is bathed in light throughout the day.

The property is both luxurious and comfortable, surrounded by beautiful gardens and with direct access to the Queenstown Hill Walking Track, one of Queenstown’s top free attractions.

There is off-street parking for two vehicles, with additional unallocated street parking available nearby.

Guests have full access to the entire home, aside from one locked room.

Both outdoor areas are yours to enjoy, along with full kitchen facilities and laundry amenities including a washer and dryer.

For winter sports enthusiasts, the internal ski-drying rooms and the upstairs spa bath offer the perfect way to end the day — soaking with views up to the Queenstown Hill track.

- Rates are a guide only & subject to change, set only once the reservation is booked and confirmed.

- Special events and Christmas/New Year’s tariffs are subject to increased nightly rates and minimum stay requirements

- Public holiday surcharges may be applicable on reservations departing on a NZ public holiday
