Casa Flor is a typical Costa Rican house, located in a pleasant local neighborhood in Manuel Antonio. The house is surrounded by nature, with many plants and trees.

Just a 10-minute drive to Manuel Antonio National Park, beaches, and many restaurants.
The house is also close to supermarkets, several restaurants, and a bus stop in the neighborhood, just a 4-minute walk away.

The house is ideal for a family or a small group of four people, as it has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious full-size bathroom.
The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second has two separate single beds.

We only have air conditioning in the living room with an automatic shut-off system.
We only have fans in the bedrooms.
(There's a closed room used as a storage room for cleaning supplies.)

We have air conditioning, but only in the living room.
The air conditioning has an automatic shutoff system from 1:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Since the air conditioning is only in the living room, we have this automatic system at night, so the air conditioning cannot be used during those hours. After 8:00 a.m., it works, and the remote control can be used without problems during those hours. The shutoff system is not part of the remote control; it's a separate system.

We don't have air conditioning in the rooms.

One room has a double bed and two fans.

The other room has two single beds and two fans.

There is hot water, but only in the shower.

A well-equipped kitchen
In the living room, we have a simple television with national cable channels.

In the hallway, there is a simple semi-automatic washing machine, which is widely used in Costa Rica. You can use it with great care. Please do not wash shoes. Instructions for use are in the house.
The washing machine has two compartments, one for washing and one for drying.

Outside, we have a very typical Costa Rican wood-burning stove that you can use with firewood and charcoal. In the kitchen, we have a lighter and some sparks to light it.
And if you want to use it at night, it has a light, and the switch is next to the black chairs outside.

The stairs have automatic lights that turn on from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
There are 19 steps, as you can see in the photos.
The stairs have handrails.
But don't worry, the house isn't located on a high spot. The stairs are practically right next to the street and where you park your car.

We have outdoor parking, but it's on the property and shared with other guests. So, always park by the Casa Flor sign. You can see the parking lot in the photos and on the sign..
