Stand-alone condo. Fully furnished. Very short walk to the pool. 3-car garage with access stairs to the house. The owner pays for water. The tenant is responsible for electricity. First and last month's funds, plus the refundable security deposit due upon move in.

Property is located in beautiful Sunserra with views of the Columbia River. The condo is in the upper section of condos and is very quiet and less traveled. Public boat launch and beach are located within a mile along with access to multiple swimming pools, hottubs, pickleball and tennis courts.

The upstairs consists of two master suites. The king master suite has incredible views of the Columbia River and has a jetted tub, shower and double sinks. The queen master suite offers a full bathroom and walk in closet. The main level hosts a queen bed with patio access. Main level also has a full bath.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with all you’ll need to cook and make coffee. TV is located in the main floor living area. Cable is not provided, but high speed internet is available.
Unit has central air with AC. Towels and beach chairs are not provided. Washer/dryer available for use in the unit
Wireless internet provided. There is a gas barbeque on the back patio for renter use.
