“ABSOLUTELY NO communication with management. 5 emails and 2 calls to number provided with check in email met with NO response to the request for WiFi password and we had no Wi-Fi access for our entire stay. There was NO information provided about anything connected to the room so we had no one to contact. There seemed to be 20 rooms in the unit so if Wonderful Italy has a manager there they need to do some SERIOUS training. Room was nice, clean and had a great kitchen but no starter supplies...

“This is not a typical stay. This is an experience. The apartment is filled with story, it is a kind of a museum. There you feel kindness, you feel like you are a dear guest visiting your close family of friends. Very spacious. The only possible issue that I can point out is the parking, which is not free, and not very close (unless you manage to find street parking, which is not easy to find in Bari). The parking lots nearby are expensive (normal for Bari). When I say the parking is not...

“Communication with host is absolutely terrible. Chat gets you an answer in 2-4 hours, phone cues are between 10-30 minutes. The room was nice, but wasn’t clean or ready on time. Took another 24 hours after check in to get the cleaners to come and clean the floors, and they basically left the floors in the same dirty condition they were at check in.”
