“ABSOLUTELY NO communication with management. 5 emails and 2 calls to number provided with check in email met with NO response to the request for WiFi password and we had no Wi-Fi access for our entire stay. There was NO information provided about anything connected to the room so we had no one to contact. There seemed to be 20 rooms in the unit so if Wonderful Italy has a manager there they need to do some SERIOUS training. Room was nice, clean and had a great kitchen but no starter supplies...

“The property was depicted as a seafront view however this was not accurate. It was a 35 min walk away from the seafront and in the middle of a very built up dilapidated area of the suburb. The apartment itself was okay but the bed was quite uncomfortable and the shower ran hot and cold.”
