This stylish place is great for group or family trips. Very close to the US Embassy, hosp. Solca, Parque La Carolina, 20 minutes from Mitad del Mundo museum, 12 min. from the Cable Car - access to Pichincha Volcano. Excellent view of the mountains of Quito, well lit, fully independent and well equipped for a complete and pleasant stay, the price includes an internal and safe large garage, access to the parking lot with remote control. They never cut our electricity.
The space
The accommodation is perfect for a family or couple getaway, fully equipped with all the things needed for long stays for which I offer cleaning service and change of clothes totally at no cost made by Karina, my totally reliable cleaning lady.
You have a terrace with outdoor living room on the next floor. Its use is common with other guests. Always leave this space clean.
I recommend my carrier Mr. Marco Andrade, taxi driver, very safe and reliable will bring you and take you to the airport for $25 per trip, he will also help you on your tours in and out of the city.
Check-in is totally independent. You can arrive at the time you like since I will leave the keys in the lockbox of the entrance, I will provide you with a code once the reservation is made.
The garage is secure and spacious interior (the F150 enters perfect) with electric gate and remote control, this accommodation includes 1 parking lot.
