“Upon arrival, there was a notice of non payment of almost 4000 from the electric company on the door so I was concerned I would lose electric. The grounds seemedover grown and unkept. There was no TV, no hot water in the kitchen with a brokenhot water knob which would have needed a wrench. “Had such a nice weekend. Came for a friends wedding, on Labor Day weekend, the price was unmatched!! A few steps from the water. Down the street from the venue. Huge house. Beautiful kitchen. Very clean. Host was very communicative and accommodating. AC in every single room. Perfect weekend.”

“House was extremely clean, well taken care of and was absolutely ready to go when we got there. Nice quiet neighborhood so don't plan on throwing any ragers here. Maybe only thing to be aware of is plan on getting ice in advance as no ice maker which isn't a surprise as they break constantly under use. A little on the pricy side but you get what you pay for and it's the Hamptons. Thanks for a pretty flawless stay.”
