Pensionat i Quota

"It is a former nobel family’s villa. Wonderful restorated for 40 years ago by a doctor who baught it. Meny different areas to sit at outdoor and indoor. The rooms was in perfect condition. The staf very friendly. The Villa is so what you want to have when visiting Tuscany. It is just at the edge of the City Figline Valdarno. So you can go out for dinner if you don’t use the hotels restaurant wich was good. The breakfast was standard but okay and had everything you want for breakfast. The have two pools, one indoor with sunbeds outside in the hotel area and an outdoor pool on the other side of the street on a hill. We loved the hotel because it was very nice decorated."

"This place has so much potential as it has a beautiful view and the surroundings with the gardens are beautiful but that's also the only positive experience. The service is terrible and the people working there are rude. There is breakfast but no options for lunch at the hotel which is somewhat irritating as there are no restaurants close by. The rooms where extremely outdated and smell terribly of mold. It stuck on my clothes despite washing for some time after.The dinner was probably the worst I've ever had through all the times I've been to Italy. One of the dishes was not even edible and the rest underwhelming at best. The main reason we chose this hotel was the horse farm and the possibility to go horse riding. When we arrived it was not possible to book any horse riding for any of the days we were there despite it literally being one of the activities listed for the hotel. When we talked to the receptionist the girl working there was literally rude about it as if it was our fault that we had not looked it up in advance to know that the horse farm is actually seperately run and not by the hotel. Information that should have gotten when we booked. I would not go back as there are plenty of beautiful places in Tuscany so having only a nice view is not cutting it."

"Beutiful place surrounded with animals and wineyard. Very happy with our stay, even though we saw they have an even nicer hotel a few hundered meters further in which they seem to put more effort in to give great service, but also more expensive off course. The first day at check in and the second day there was no one at our recpetion which it said it would be between some hours. Thats why we don´t give 5 stars. The third day it was and she was lovely (Sylvia I think) she was very helpful adn took her time to help me with a traffic ticket cause it´s very confusing once you get one. She deserves and extra pat on her shoulder. "
