“Vi är så nöjda med vistelsen på det här hotellet! Så fin lägenhet , bra med utrymme. Fräscht! Frukosten alldeles lagom med valmöjligheter. Barnen älskade pannkakorna med nutella. Miljön utanför rummen är så magiskt fint. Som sagt vi är super nöjda !!! ”

“The kindest most hospitable staffs I have seen. Always checking in to see if there was anything else needed. Spotless place with all the modern amenities. Brand new kitchen setup with stove, microwave, dish washer, sink, fridge, ect. Perfectly clean bathroom with very hotwater. Bedroom has nice comfortable mattress with white beddings. Most of all, this is a great example of French hospitality while experiencing European castle like living. ”

“Mold ceiling and mold in the bathroom. Dirty mattress. The room I stayed in could definitely need some “TLC”, although I’m sure housekeeping did there very best. I would say it’s the management that needs to address the issues.”

“I booked for 3 nights. When I went back to the hotel for the second night, the staff took my things from room 309 without my permission. Staff put my things on the IKEA shopping cart. I get really pissed off at them and demand to be paid in full for the 3 nights. Otherwise I will call the police. They say I have asked to change rooms. I stop them for crap excuses and "why am I mad at you if I wanted to change rooms, Stop with your excuses". They changed their mind to refund for 1 night. I still...
