“It's a very nice hotel, its rooms are comfortable, and the hotel is generally welcoming. But if you have any problems, be sure to leave them in writing and email them. Customer service is very good but communication between staff is poor. We had a problem with the bathroom, they sent the technical team to solve the problem faster but we don't know what happened because they didn't resolve it. “Rien à dire de plus un personnel qui connait son travail, toujours prêt à donner des renseignements, petit déjeuner excellent. Bref si je dois recommander un hôtel, ou si je dois reprendre une chambre, cette chaine est parfaite.”

“Vi kom till hotellet sent och då fanns ingen receptionen. Man skulle då checka in på en automat men eftersom vi bokat via hotels.com så hade vi inte fått någon bokningsnummer som automaten förstod. Via telefon så kunde vi sedan få en tillfällig kod för att kunna checka in. Lite omständigt sätt att checka in.”

“Mold ceiling and mold in the bathroom. Dirty mattress. The room I stayed in could definitely need some “TLC”, although I’m sure housekeeping did there very best. I would say it’s the management that needs to address the issues.”

“The kindest most hospitable staffs I have seen. Always checking in to see if there was anything else needed. Spotless place with all the modern amenities. Brand new kitchen setup with stove, microwave, dish washer, sink, fridge, ect. Perfectly clean bathroom with very hotwater. Bedroom has nice comfortable mattress with white beddings. Most of all, this is a great example of French hospitality while experiencing European castle like living. ”
