âMold ceiling and mold in the bathroom. Dirty mattress. The room I stayed in could definitely need some âTLCâ, although Iâm sure housekeeping did there very best. I would say itâs the management that needs to address the issues.â

âVi kom till hotellet sent och dĂ„ fanns ingen receptionen. Man skulle dĂ„ checka in pĂ„ en automat men eftersom vi bokat via hotels.com sĂ„ hade vi inte fĂ„tt nĂ„gon bokningsnummer som automaten förstod. Via telefon sĂ„ kunde vi sedan fĂ„ en tillfĂ€llig kod för att kunna checka in. Lite omstĂ€ndigt sĂ€tt att checka in.â
âWe were unsure what to expect as there were only a few previous reviews, but all good, and it seemed good value. Online it looked very nice. On arrival we had a little difficulty identifying the accommodation from the car park, but a phone call quickly sorted that. We were met by Xavier and his wife Malika who were very helpful and rightfully very proud of the lovely accommodation they have renovated for our use. "It's a very nice hotel, its rooms are comfortable, and the hotel is generally welcoming. But if you have any problems, be sure to leave them in writing and email them. Customer service is very good but communication between staff is poor. We had a problem with the bathroom, they sent the technical team to solve the problem faster but we don't know what happened because they didn't resolve it. After two days, they moved us to another room. Apparently, due to a lack of communication between the staff, despite the fact that I'm very friendly, they didn't know bring information."
