RV or horse trailer hookup with pasture for horses

Stop over in your own RV or horse trailer with living quarters just 2 miles from I-10 at the Baldwin Beach Express Exit. Park and hookup under cover of a pole barn. Power, septic, water. Rest your horses in a 1.25 acre paddock with a run-in shelter that is right next to your RV or Trailer. Run-in can be used as a stall 12x24. This is not a campground but, rather a nice place near the interstate to rest and recharge before continuing on your journey. There are restaurants and groceries within 10-15 minutes. Your own RV or horse trailer with living quarters are required. We offer no amenities such as sleeping quarters, kitchens, bath, laundry or food. The VRBO format requires that we list a bedroom and a bathroom BUT THERE ARE NONE. Guests provide their own quarters. We have two medium dogs that have the run of the property but are friendly although they will bark at first. You may walk or run your dog on or off leash at your own risk. You may bathe your horse although there is no official wash rack or supplies. You may take walks anywhere on the property except the main home and its immediate yard. Guests do not have access or any use of our barn. Strongly advise arriving before dark.
