As soon as you cross the threshold, you are greeted by a warm and welcoming environment, where the living room blends harmoniously with the elegant induction kitchenette, perfect for those who love to cook even on vacation. But it is the look that falls on the real protagonist of the house that leaves you breathless: a beautiful hot tub embedded in the living room, ready to offer moments of pure relaxation, alone or in company, at any time of the day.
The sleeping area, cozy and romantic, is located on a mezzanine that gives character and depth to the environment. Here, the double bed invites you to rest, surrounded by a soft and relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom, modern and functional, is equipped with a comfortable shower box and finished with a sober but refined taste.
Outside, at the back of the house, a private veranda is an ideal corner for enjoying breakfast in the sun or an evening under the stars, between chatter and glasses of local wine.
The entire apartment is air conditioned, ensuring well-being in every season, and every detail has been designed to offer a comfortable, intimate living experience and a touch out of the ordinary.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:

- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
