Situated in the marina of Torre Suda, a district of Racale, the property is accessed via a private road that ensures privacy and offers free parking inside.
The villa consists of two semi-detached units, which together feature two large and spacious dining rooms with a kitchenette, fireplace, and TV, two air-conditioned double bedrooms, and two air-conditioned twin bedrooms, two full bathrooms with a shower enclosure, and two large covered outdoor verandas, each equipped with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue, located at the front and rear of the property, offering wonderful opportunities to enjoy outdoor meals. The property also features a beautiful garden where guests can pick and enjoy delicious seasonal fruits that this land has to offer. The villa is also equipped with Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, fans, two outdoor showers at the back, a washing machine, and air conditioning.
Torre Suda is a charming tourist location just 12 km from Gallipoli, ideal for those looking for a relaxing vacation without sacrificing services. The center of the area is easily reachable on foot and is known for the presence of a beautiful Coastal Garden, where concerts, festivals, and various events are organized. The peaceful seafront "Corso Vittoria" is perfect for jogging and long, relaxing walks. The entire marina is crossed by a bike lane for those who don't want to give up their city habits.
N.B. : The cleaning fee includes the set of bed linens and towels, breakfast provisions for the first three days, utility costs, parking space, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, check-in/check-out.
