Villetta Miranda N°1 - Salento Reservation is located in Torre Suda a few kilometers from Gallipoli, part of a two-family villa surrounded by greenery close to the center, where you can spend your holidays in complete relaxation outside the urban center without sacrificing any comfort.
The villa is located on the ground floor and can comfortably accommodate 5 people and consists of:
A large air-conditioned living room with dining table and chairs, TV and relaxation area with sofa, kitchen equipped with everything necessary to prepare meals, a double bedroom plus a single bed and a double bedroom. The solution also offers a bathroom with a shower box.
The villa also has a covered veranda equipped with garden furniture where you can enjoy delicious breakfasts, lunches or dinners outdoors.
Air conditioning is available to guests in the living room for room service, washing machine shared with the adjacent house, gas barbecue, coffee pod maker, Wi-Fi, parking space, outdoor shower and garden from which to enjoy seasonal products at zero kilometers.
From the house it will be easy to reach the sea (just 500 meters away) and also the equipped beaches of Gallipoli in a few minutes by car.
Any commercial establishment is very close to the apartment: bar, newsagent, gas station, typical restaurants and more.
Villetta Miranda No. 1 Located in Torre Suda, Marina di Racale, whose urban center developed around the homonymous tower, in the summer season, it becomes a meeting place for young and very young people and for families. Tourists and the local population appreciate the type of coastline that this pearl of Salento offers. The typical low cliff opens easy access to the sea, allowing you to reach the blue and transparent waters of the Ionian Sea. Given the carbonatic nature of the rock, the coast is characterized by karst springs that flow directly into the sea. The high tourist influx in the area means that Torre Suda becomes the center of cultural events and events of all kinds: from food and wine festivals to concerts, from theatrical performances to religious festivals.
N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, check-in/check-out.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;

- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
