“Biggest downfall was the elevators out of order and not fixed on the day they said would be fixed, my elderly friend didn't leave much because of that issue and they could only get another room for us from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor which required 4 flights of stairs; the balcony furniture was torn in many places; the pull-out couch was uncomfortable; neighbors beside us smoke marijuana a lot and it filled our room with the smell; suggest to have a written paper of what all is offered rather...

“The room was so perfect! Perfectly nestled just down a brick sidewalk right on Duval st. Closer to Southern most point, nice walking distance to Mallory square. The room was perfect for us.”

“This is a very spacious unit with a great balcony and comfortable furnishings (good mattresses, etc.). The building is older and showing some wear but inside the unit is quite nice. We found the view of the marina to be enjoyable as boats came and went. The parking was super convenient, a big deal in Key West. Very nice kitchen. We had some minor issues with the wifi dropping connections at one point but the owners were very responsive and the problem was addressed. Overall I felt the...
