“Excellent place to stay when visiting Victoria. Quiet and safe neighbourhood near the harbour and downtown. Walkable to The Empress, BC Parliament buildings and Beacon Hill Park. Great food in their restaurant and pub. The front desk staff, in particular Hedy, were exceptional. Definitely will be staying here when we visit Victoria again.”

“Överraskande bar boende i fantastisk miljö!

“Such a wonderful place - amazing staff, absolutely delicious breakfast on lovely china, beautiful Victorian decor and architecture yet no dust anywhere. We enjoyed shopping and dining in this Oak Bay area with the ocean beaches and a great seawall walk to Beacon Hill Park nearby.”

“Located on the top floor which was perfect since you couldnt hear the other people staying there. Large and comfortable bed, jacuzzi in the room was perfect after a full day out. Became quiet in the evening around 21.30 which for our type of stay in Victoria. Would go back”

“Staff were amazing. Very friendly and informative. Location is great for walking to downtown and harbour. Would recommend.”

“The whole stay was a breeze. Check in and out were both quick and easy. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. It’s also very convenient having Floyd’s on site for breakfast. This is a great little boutique hotel, and the location was very convenient. We have nothing but positive feedback. Will stay again!”
