“Place was very clean. It is outdated, so if you’re more of a modern style, this is not for you, but if you don’t mind an old style hotel, then this won’t bother you. The location is away from other hotels (most of the hotels at Radium are close or beside each other), this one is located on top of the hill witg a separate road towards it with private properties around, so it’s very quiet and peaceful. “This is an older property..or at least the room we had is!! The bed was comfortable. When my wife went to use the shower there was hair on the walls of it, not so good! We were extremely tired and cold from our motorcycle trip so I didn't complain to the operator/owner. Would I stay here again.... I'd look elsewhere 1st”

“This is a true gem. The staff was very welcoming and nice. The property is old, but very well maintained, cozy and extremely clean. The room had a welcome basket with sweets, crackers, a variety of teas, coffee, and even popcorn! My room didn’t have a kitchenette, but was still very well equipped with all kind of utensils. The bathroom was fully equipped with everything you could expect from a full service hotel. There were even large nice towels to bring for a visit to the hot springs. There...

“Our room was clean, which we were thankful for. The outside of the building, the lobby, and the property itself did not look tidy or well maintained. The pool was very cloudy. The room did not have AC, but it did have fans. The fencing around the property, the pool and hot tub, and our room itself did not look professionally constructed.
