The heart of the home can be found in our open concept kitchen and dining room. Our dining table accommodates six guests, with additional seating for three at the large kitchen island. You can step out into the patio outside and enjoy additional outdoor dining as well. The kitchen has lovely quartz counters and plenty of beautiful cabinets. All stainless steel appliances: gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Steel sink. Fully equipped with elegant bone china dinnerware from Mikasa, gorgeous coffee mugs, glasses, wine glasses, Mikasa cutlery, Kirkland signature 12-piece non-stick cookware set, Sabatier knives, cutting boards, bakeware, baking sheet, muffin pan, mixing bowls, etc. Lots of kitchen tools. Lots of small appliances such as toaster, blender, hand mixer, Instant pot, Keurig coffee maker, 14 cup coffee maker and hot water kettle. An entire spice rack of a variety of spices, salt, fresh pepper grinder, a few different hot sauces, some dry goods/canned goods such as pasta, rice, beans, ramen and pasta sauce, some breakfast essentials such as oats, cereals, pancake mix, and cooking oils. Parchment paper, aluminum foil and plastic wrap. Kid friendly chocolate syrup and Swissmiss hot chocolate is also provided. It is also stocked with kids plates, cups with lids and straws, bowls and cutlery

The coffee/tea nook is not just beautifully decorated but is fully stocked with premium ground coffee, premium k-cups, variety of teas, honey, sugar and creamers.

The house features a large, bright living room with all-new furniture including large sofa, loveseat and chair to relax. The 55” Smart Fire TV comes with Amazon Prime and Netflix so you can watch your favorite shows. The gorgeous console stores plenty of books and some games. The lovely sofa converts to a super comfortable queen bed. Extra sheets and blankets for this will be provided on request.

Unwind with a glass of wine sitting around the fire-pit on comfortable Adirondack chairs for cozy evenings.

Front Porch
The beautiful front porch with seating for two is the perfect place to sit with your morning cup of coffee or tea.

Guest access
Entire house and yard. Please note that the driveway is shared with the other three houses in the development. The large two car parking pad is private and for your exclusive use.

Queen Sleeper Sofa
Extra bedding for the queen sleeper sofa will be available by request only.

Quartz Countertops
Please do not put anything hot (especially straight from oven or stovetop) on the quartz counters. This can permanently stain and damage the counters. There is a silicone mat provided in the drawer right of the stove to use to protect the countertops when placing something hot on them. Also chemicals like nail polish remover can stain/damage the countertops. If damaged, you will be charged replacement costs for the counters at cost or up to $10,000.

Child Gear
Full size crib, pack n play and high chair are always available for you for your stay.

Long term stays
Stays greater than 14 days require a professional cleaning every 14 days. Each cleaning visit to be billed BEFORE your stay begins at $150 each. This is in addition to the listed one-time cleaning fee at checkout, included with your quoted stay price.

Late check out
Late check out not permitted unless approval otherwise given. Stays beyond your check out time due to delays of any type are subject to a $50 fee per 30 minutes in excess of your check out time.

Early checkin
Early checking not permitted unless approval given. It is available on a case by case basis for a fee.

Smoking
No smoking allowed in the home or on the premises at all. To include cigarette, cigar, marijuana, and vaping devices. Violations will be subject to a $1,000 fee.

House parties
No house parties permitted. Video doorbell and other exterior video cameras used on the premises to ensure the safety of all guests, and to enforce the no house parties policy. House parties will be subject to fees for any damages from professional cleaners, contractors, and replacement costs for ruined furniture, finishings, appliances, floors, carpets, drywall, electrical, or plumbing; at cost or up to $10,000. Violations will lead to the booking being immediately terminated, with no refund. Refusing to leave the premises when the policy is violated, will result in the authorities being called to forcibly remove all trespassers. House parties also subject to a $1,000 fine.

Guests
Guests to come and visit you during your stay are permitted in a case-by-case basis and require prior written approval. Unapproved guests are subject to a $100 per person fine, per occurrence.

Animals
Animals are not allowed. Animals brought into the premises are subject to a fine of $500. Any damages incurred from the animal, the owner is responsible for all damages for repairs, replacements, and cleaning required to fix any problems; up to $10,000.

Before you leave, please
• Place used towels in the laundry area
• Collect all garbage and place in green trash bin outside on side of house near driveway.
• Collect all recycle and place in blue recycling bin outside on side of house near driveway.
• Make sure all windows are closed and latched.
• Make sure back door is locked.
• Turn off the lights and lock the door.

Location, Location, Location!!

Most locations in downtown Durham and the Golden belt are around a mile walk.

Use e-scooters or e-bikes if you don't want to drive or walk too far. There are multiple options: Bird (Silver), Spin Safe (Orange), Blue Duck (Blue), Bolt (Yellow) or Helbiz (Black).

Bus stop for routes 9, 9A is a min walk from the house and takes you to all things downtown in 5min.
