“Great newly renovated apartment and perfect for a couple with a great view of the Talleyrand Park and Spring Creek. The shower was great! The only difficulty was access to the garage which was challenging with an SUV. Need to tell renters to use the ramps in the garage especially in winter. ”

“Our 2 nights here were nothing short of perfection. We were in town for the weekend while we moved our daughter in to Penn State. Our family is also from a rural area so this property gave us peace and quiet that you can never find at a hotel. The house was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. We were also given cookies and a bottle of milk that may have been the most delicious milk I’ve ever had. We will definitely utilize this listing in the future for our next visit.”

“This little house is very clean and conveniently located. The owner/management team were very responsive and polite. One recommendation to future customers… there are limited kitchen supplies (cookware such as larger frying pans, cookie sheets for oven to heat pizza, etc.) which you may want to think of supplementing if you wish to do extensive cooking. But overall recommend this house for a State College get away! ”
