“The address online was not correct for sat nav but the property is great. Convenient and spacious.”

“Dear Hotel Management!!! I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below the standards that guests should reasonably expect. Their manner of communication gave the impression that we were not valued as paying guests, but rather as if we were staying free of charge. Furthermore, the room assigned to...

“Je me suis demandée si le ménage avait été fait depuis le dernier locataire. En effet, il y avait 2 rouleaux de papier toilette pratiquement vides, le gel douche dans la douche vide. “Inte bra👎”

“Expedia didn't mention there was a deposit, so you should check that, but they were kind to drop that in my case. Very comfortable bed, extremely silent, non-smoking, safe, 24 hours reception, it could be cleaner, but there's everything you need in the kitchenette and the surroundings, as Westfield Mall is nearby. They also have laundry. I had so much rest and privacy, you cannot find that everywhere. Highly recommend!”

“Hotels.com say that continental breakfast is provided - it isn’t. Whilst coffee and tea are provided, milk isn’t! Location is good and room was lovely - but no air con. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained.”
