“Great for a pit stop on the way further into Florida. The host was very kind and communicative. I only have one issue and it was the all black linens in the rooms an all black couch. It’s prob only me that has an issue with this but I need to KNOW a place is clean and I feel like standard in every hotel / VRBO is crisp white these days. I’m not gonna say this place was perfectly clean bc I definitely have some higher standards, but it was NOT terrible. Otherwise - pool was great. Location close...

“No glasses, no ice or trays, oversize dorm fridge, stove from the 70s. One small sauce pan, one frying pan, plastic forks, no mixing bowls -impossible to cook a decent meal. The house smelled like per urine, wood floors horribly stained. The furnishings are like what someone would find thrifting - two outdoor plastic lawn chairs are in the dining room. The neighborhood is awful. Our entire Thanksgiving was ruined. We had to throw away all of our perishable food and ended up in a hotel. Host has...

Several step up and step downs through the kitchen and dining area. Well appointed/supplied kitchen. Two tables, one in the dining room ( seats 6) and one smaller one ( round seats 4) more open to the kitchen. The backyard fence needs some repair. “This is a recently renovated property very close to The National Memorial for Peace and Justice, Rosa Parks Museum, and the Civil Rights Memorial Center. There were only 2 of us in the unit and it is on the small side (still bigger than a hotel room!) yet has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
