“Excellent location for staying in the Lower Keys. Sunrise view. Nice neighborhood setting. Close to real good places to eat, listen to music and chill. Would come back. ”

“Everything appeared as described, the kitchen fully equipped, hot water, A/C fully functional, clean and pet friendly. The only disappointment was the one of the two individual beds was broken and un-usable. Causing discomfort and bickering at night among my two teenage boys sharing single small bed.”

“Spacious beautiful place! So much room and very comfortable to stay in. It was a group of 6 of us and we all got our own bed and two bathrooms. Host was kind and answered timely when inquired about anything. Also lots of space to park multiple cars. Deer and roosters around the area, that was cool! Only 45 minutes away from Duval street.”

“The house was very nicely decorated, and the park’s amenities were great. We loved it! Feedback:We were 4 adults and ran out of toilet paper. Host provided more immediately. Hand soap in bathrooms were almost empty/empty at time of arrival. Host made it right. Only 3 pods for laundry provided.. again, 4 adults for 7 days. Only a Keurig available but no coffee. You would need to bring your own. We have stayed in many VRBOs and have always had some type of welcome baskets with essentials you may...

“This is a very special place. You pay for the tranquility and the peace. You have a private beach all to yourself. And the deer are super friendly (yes). A great plus is you can BBQ on the beach yourself. Please fix the big fridge and make more kitchen utensils and plates and glasses available. That would make it even more positive. I would come back. ”

“Excellent location - clean, quiet, well-kept community. Boat launch was key for us. Pool and beach looked very nice, but we didn't use. The unit is as described and has a nice patio out back that we used every day.”

“Positive: large house, dock area on the water, good Keys location, functional. Negative: garbage around the property, not nearly as clean inside as should have been, old stained couches, the most minimal extra consumables possible. For what we paid, it was quite disappointing. Total lack of cohesive look & feel. ”
