“What a beautiful place to stay! Amazing property and delicious breakfast. My mom and I stayed in the Artist's studio and it was even more fantastic than the pictures. Very peaceful and quiet while also being a quick drive to town. If we are back in the Taos area we would absolutely stay here again.”

“This is a MUST stay place!! So cute and perfect place to stay with a great breakfast provided. They take great care of everything. Property is secluded but located on the main road going through town. Just wish we stayed longer. We were just passing through headed to another town. But we will be back!! Very friendly!! Also they text you and give you all the info you need to get into the room and where to park etc. Great communication!!!”

“Nice and spacious clean room with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Great breakfast bar in the morning and the pool was a welcome break from the afternoon heat.”

“Overall, an amazing experience. The room is well appointed and clean. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and large - a really nice tranquil vibe. The staff was fantastic and helpful. The food at the restaurant was amazing and had unique flavor combinations. The only opportunity for improvement I can see was that the bar turned into more of a club at night and it was not a vibe to sit and just I have a drink.”

“Very charming, wonderfully kind staff, but the exterior of the building is very tired - which is not a surprise, since it is a historic hotel. Lobby and sitting area darling, clean, and welcoming. Rooms were very dated, but furnished in the spirit of Taos.”

“The Monte Sagrado was a great place to stay in Taos! The staff was extremely helpful and very attentive, especially all the gentlemen at the Valet. We certainly appreciated the proximity to the center of Taos, and the complimentary rides to restaurants in the evenings. All was wonderful and the Premier Suite was perfect!”
