“This was an amazing experience! The staff were super friendly and very helpful! Despite the Covid-situation, they really made a big effort to make our stay memorable! Thank you!”

“Fin resort precis bredvid stationen i Zermatt. Enkelt att ta sig från tåget och även lätt att ta Gornergrat tåget upp till skidåkning. God frukost i frukostmatsalen och trevlig personal som hjälper till med allt. Det finns ett spa med swimmingpool, jacuzzi och bastu i källaren. Också bra men ganska lyhört och blir högljutt när där är lite folk. Hade varit bra att se över akustiken i spadelen. ”

“A wonderful place to stay with incredibly helpful and caring staff who did their very best to make my husband’s birthday special. We were truly surprised and delighted by their thoughtful gestures. “Hotel Tradition Julen offered a perfect long-weekend stay. Perfectly located in beautiful Zermatt, well kept and very friendly and service-minded staff this will certainly be where we stay next time as well. ”

“It was very hard to find the hotel. We have had o asked for help from random people on the street. Very confusing on the parking spaces where you can park, maybe some signs and marking with some paint, and lastly the bells of a near by church ran almost all night long every half-hour. To where it made hard to sleep/rest. But the breakfast was pretty good and cleaness of the place was good as well..”

“Clean and fresh room, a very nice spa area, and excellent breakfast and service. Despite being located on the main street, it was very quiet at night. Only 3 minutes from the train station and right in the center of everything. The hotel also offers a very spacious ski room, which is perfect for winter stays, as well as a billiard table for those who enjoy playing. There is also a restaurant and bar at the hotel - one of the best in the village. We would definitely come back!”
